30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused where applicable, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at infozonwaves@gmail.com before sending an item back. If the return is approved, we will provide the authorized return destination and applicable shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly with your order information if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, certain personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards. Contact us if you are unsure whether a specific item is eligible.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
